Long Island Evictions

One flat fee from start to finish for residential evictions.

$ 1,950 flat fee
  • Includes all process server fees
  • Includes all court filing fees
  • Includes ALL court appearances, no matter how many
  • Includes trial preparation & going to trial
  • Includes opposition to motions and appearances on motions
  • We're with you, by your side, until your case is concluded, for one low flat fee.

* We charge a flat fee of $2,450 for evictions in the 5 Eastern Suffolk Towns – Southold, Southampton, Shelter Island, East Hampton, and Riverhead.

** Fee does not include any legal work NOT related to your eviction proceeding, or any legal work requested once your case has already been concluded. Actions in ejectment and commercial services are priced differently.
