- $2,250 ($375 x 6) - $375 for EACH additional court appearance. And if your tenant is a problem, and depending on the venue, that can be an additional SIX (6) appearances before trial. This also incentivizes them to ADJOURN your case as many times as possible.

- Additional fees for trial, witnesses, travel, or extra process servers.
