One flat fee from start to finish for residential evictions.

$ 1,950 flat fee
  • Includes all court filing fees
  • Includes ALL court appearances, no matter how many
  • Includes trial preparation & going to trial
  • Includes opposition to motions and appearances on motions
  • We're with you, by your side, until your case is concluded, for one low flat fee.

* We charge a flat fee of $2,450 for evictions in the Eastern Suffolk Towns of Southold, Southampton, East Hampton, and Riverhead.

** Fee does not include any legal work NOT related to your eviction proceeding, or any legal work requested once your case has already been concluded.
