East Hampton Town Justice Court
The Justice Court has original jurisdiction over all crimes occurring in the Village and Town of East Hampton, and handles violations and misdemeanors to conclusion.  In addition, the Justice Court presides over all East Hampton Village and Town traffic, parking and Code violations, as well as civil, small claims and landlord/tenant matters. Arraignments occur 7 days a week, including holidays.
